What Is an NDIS Plan?
Your NDIS plan is your personal document. It describes:
- Your goals — what you want to achieve in life
- Your funded supports — what the NDIS will pay for
- Your support categories — the types of help you can access

Your Safety Is Non-Negotiable
Mirqab Living has zero tolerance for abuse, neglect, exploitation, or any form of harm to participants. All workers are:
- NDIS Worker Screened and cleared before starting
- Trained in safeguarding and participant safety
- Required to report any concerns immediately
Questions You Might Have
Q: Do I need an NDIS plan to use Mirqab Living?
A: Yes — our supports are funded through the NDIS. If you do not yet have an NDIS plan, we can point you in the right direction to apply.
Q: Can I choose my own support worker?
A: Absolutely. We will discuss your preferences — including gender, language, cultural background, and experience — and do our best to match you with the right person.
Q: What if I am not happy with my support worker?
A: Just tell us. We will arrange a different support worker for you — no questions, no judgment. Your comfort and safety come first.
Q: How much does it cost me?
A: Mirqab Living is funded by your NDIS plan. You do not pay out of pocket for NDIS-funded supports. We only charge what is within the NDIS price limits.
